It Takes a Stitch’s Policy for Customer Supplied Items

 

I will not always be able to provide the items that you want embroidered. Sometimes you have hand crafted an item or received a gift that you want personalized. Sometimes, it is better that you take the time and effort to source an item that meets your exact needs.  When this is the case, I am willing to accept customer supplied items provided they are determined to be a good product for embroidery.

 

1.) Items and design placement must be suitable for embroidery. Usually, I will need to physically see the item to be able to determine if I can successfully do what you want.

 

2.) Items should be new. Used items must be clean and are evaluated on an individual basis.

 

3.)  Items should be products that I do not sell or offer for sale.

 

4.) Customer should supply an extra item or extra piece of fabric of the same type for test stitching.

 

5.) Minimum pricing is $20.00 for a single piece, $15 for 2-3 pieces with the same design, and $12 per piece for 4-6 pieces.. This usually includes a standard style and size monogram or stitching of a logo. Larger and more complicated designs are priced by size and complexity.

 

Set up of custom designs and logos is an additional charge.
